 SUMMER 2 '23 SOCCER IQ

​Soccer IQ is for adding a supplement to your club game, or simply working harder than the competition to improve, Soccer IQ is there to give your game an added boost.

RECOMMENDED FOR TRAVEL AND CLUB LEVEL PLAYERS​

Sharpen your skills through small-group and individual sessions designed to take your game to the next level. Sessions consist of a maximum of 15 players and are tailored to the individual needs of each student. Working on improving all key areas of a players game and advancing the level throughout the 8 week.

Starting 07/07/2023

7 - 10 year old group 5 pm 

11 - 14 year old group 6 pm 

$130 for the season - Membership Required

SUMMER 2 '23 GOALKEEPER TRAINING

 Goalkeeper training sessions will help the overall development of new and experienced goalkeepers

XL Goalkeeper training is for goalkeepers of any level, this will help to improve their overall game and confidence. Week by week the practice will build on each of the areas of goalkeeping to help create a better overall goalkeeper. 

This will be a 1 hour class that will coach the young soccer players in all aspects of the sport: Handling, footwork, movement, reactions, positioning and more

All athletes / all sports welcome​.

"Speed is defined as the ability to move the body in one direction as fast as possible. Agility is the ability to accelerate, decelerate, stabilize, and quickly change directions with proper posture"
