Winter youth field hockey is a great way for all girls interested in field hockey to compete against other players in the surrounding tri-state area.
This is a great way to stay fit and keep on top of your skills, all in a comfortable competitive atmosphere!!
Players get an 8 game season on the turf field. Registration is limited and offered on a first come, first served basis. Registration is open to teams and groups of friends.

NEW TO THE GAME AND WISH TO LEARN? WANT TO REFINE YOUR TECHNICAL ABILITY?
Join XL Sports and master your way to learning the technical fundamentals of field hockey!
Each week, players will learn fundamentals, and technique mastery, that will aid in providing each participant a more complete player. Skills include Hitting & Stopping the Ball, Ball Control, Dribbling Skills, Defense, Tackling, Footwork, Positioning, Play on & off the Ball.
Registration includes 8, one hour technical sessions over the Fall season. Program includes player development feedback packet.
This program is for girls aged 8-14 years old.
Sessions are Thursday evenings
8-10 Years 5pm - 6pm
11-14 Years 6pm - 7pm
